Tim Tebow is far from the perfect passer.

Alex Smith total career passing stats with Urban Cryer:

389/587 5203 yds 47 TD 8 INT
286 rush attempts 1072 yds 15 TD's

47/8 TD/INT ratio comes to 5.875 to 1.

How has Alex Smith fared in the NFL?

Funny how UF fans have completely ignored my post from a week ago.

I didn't ignore it. It's true. Smith has sucked in the NFL and he plays for a terrible team as well. Let the kid (Tebow) finish his monsterous college career and cross this bridge when we get there. Who cares if he's not the next Peyton Manning in the pros...no one is. Tebow will continue his domination of college and get to the next level and then we'll see how he'll do. Talk is cheap from your end. Tebow puts up numbers. That's all he has done in highschool, college and he'll get his chance at the next level. Patience young one, his time will come and then you can comment on it. Until then, enjoy what you are witnessing.

Really? That's your theory of why Tebow is good at passing? Then Brian Johnson from Utah must be amazing!

336yds 65.9% 8.2ypa 3tds 0int against Bama.

Oh look... he didn't have Percy Harvin either... or Louis Murphy... or any other wide receiver as talented as Florida's.

It's not a theory, it was simply one example of Tebow's passing ability and his ability to pass to someone other named Harvin.

I was providing an example for your brother who wrote: "Tebow will get exposed this year without harvin, when he dosent just get to throw the ball down the field on go routes, and has to throw the 15 yard out etc"

Therefore, it was not a theory, it was simply one example of Tebow's passing ability and his ability to pass to someone other named Harvin. Would you have preferred I post every YouTube game highlight?

Tebow played without Harvin in that game, thus disproving his claim. Why can't you people read the previous posts and figure out what I was responding to so I go have to spoon feed everything to you. Very tiring.

You don't have to do anything you want. We don't force you to come here.

And why not use Oklahoma as an example? Threw 2 interceptions and ran the ball 22 times against a defense that allowed Oklahoma State to score 41 points against them at the end of the season. Zach Robinson's numbers were better.... I think Tebow running the ball 22 times kind of proves he'll never played quarterback in the NFL and isn't even that good of a passer. If defenses didn't fear his legs, they'd all drop back but they don't. Linebackers play close to the line because Tebow can run. He can't run at the college level. Not going to happen.

I don't have to come here but I do. I suppose I will have just deal spelling things out for some folks.

Now to on to my rebuttal...

1. Oklahoma was an aberration- he only threw 2 other interceptions the entire season against better defenses.

2. He runs because he plays in a system where the QB runs the ball.

3. As for the "if defenses didn't fear his legs they would ll drop back" comment, see #2.

4. He can't run at the college level? Huh?
