I literally see no reason to not fire him before Monday.

I don't think the outcome of the next two games would be any different with an interim HC or a situation like at UK (announce termination effective end of season).

He has to be fired tomorow, KY even had the forethought to know when enough is enough.

I want it to be after the UK game. I am not opposed to it, though I have no idea if it will happen or not.

But if it does, why does it matter when?

If it gives us a slightly better chance of beating vandy and UK, then just wait.

Those of you who have wanted this since early this season or even last year, what does a couple more weeks matter?:dunno:

Absolutely. IMHO, this was Hart's first offense. After the debacle at UK, anyone with a brain cell left could see we got out-coached much of the season and then when 7 assistants bailed, that was the sound of the Titanic striking the iceberg.

Yet, he decides it's better for everyone to remain aboard to wait and see if the ship will sink or not. I'm about ready to call for Hart's head, right along with Dooley. He better get this right or he's done, too.

This AD administration has shown to be very slow and plodding on any move it makes. I would be shocked if they did anything until after the Kentucky game as much as I would like to read of Dooley's firing later tonight.

Folks, we gotta remember, cheeky Cheek is involved in this. IF it happens, it will be at the end of the season.

I don't agree with this scenario, but thats what I foresee.

They'll let him know after losing to Vandy but he and the staff will remain through the end of the season.

I dont see any way admin can or will let this thing keep boiling for 2 more weeks. Just do it and relieve that destraction so the players can be the focus for next 2 weeks.

Any wonders why La Tech is 21-12 since Dooley left and 16-5 the last 2 years? I seriously questioned the hire from the start and he NEVER did anything to make me think otherwise. Outcoached in virtually every game we've played with him in charge. At this point we've become the worst program in the SEC (toss up with Kentucky but we lose since we haven't officially fired our coach). Embarrassing.
