By the looks of this pic, if he isn't fired, the THP Trooper will shoot him and take care of the problem and the buyout.

The hell with firing him right now. Let's keep him on since we have to pay him anyway and make him the highest paid janitor in CFB. His ass could be in charge of picking up trash out of the stands after games. We'll even take him on the road and volunteer his services. If we have to pay him anyway, might as well make use of his ass. We'll just name an interim to actually coach the last two games. Dooley can be waterboy during the games. It'd be funny to see his ass running ut onto the field with one of those squirt bottles. He can be towel boy as well and clean the damn jock straps since he knows so much about damn hygiene. Any crap job that can be thought up, give it to Dooley until the season is over.

And yes, I'm extremely bitter right now. I have no problem humiliating him the way he's humiliated our team.

We've got to make a move now. Ky and Arkansas are way ahead of us in the coach search. We cannot afford to fall behind right now. action must be taken soon!

If we beat Candy it will be announced at end of season.
If we lose to Candy it will be Monday after that game.
Decision is already made though.

Unacceptable. He's lost this team, Vandy will beat us like a drum. If we fire him now atleast we have a chance to beat them. Hart needs to be fired ASAP if this is true.

The Lakers wasted no time letting Mike Brown go, the Eagles fired their coordinator weeks ago and will probably let Andy Reid go if they don't start winning. ESPN and other Sport shows nationally have said Auburn is going to let Chizek go after the season. Half way into November almost and we still don't have a SEC win. How do you not justify firing Dooley on Monday?

I don't car if he finishes the season like Joker, just make the announcement that he won't be back so we can negotiate for another top tier coach.

It is much more complicated that just announcing coach Dooley will be terminated at the end of the season.

1.)There may be a excellent coach which is currently coaching another team and does not want any speculation until after the season. You know how crazy the media is today.
2.)Any new coach who has proven ability is going to want his own stall. That was the first mistake Dooley made. Kiffin called his own plays Cheney is to predicable.
3.)You want to hold on to a many recruits as possible and by firing him now or announcing his termination before the end of the season and a new coach is ready to step in would kill our recruiting this year and possible next year.
4.)Hart has to have a proven SEC caliber coach ready to step in immediately after Dooley is terminated or we are going to go through two more years of rebuilding.
5.)Hopefully we can get a coach with a similar play book or we are going to go thru two years of learning a new system will a new quarterback and receivers.

The worst thing Hart could do at this point is to fire him now because we certainly do not have a competent coach to take over and to announce his termination now before we have the coach we want under contract. That would be completely asinine on Harts part. I think he is a little smarter than that. We cannot let our emotions run wild this has to be a very methodical process or we could have another Kiffin episode.

This just in. Gruden ate carrots with his salad after the game last night. There were a few sliced oranges in there as well. All that orange in one meal can only mean one thing. :)

Another Gruden update just in. He apparently was cooking bacon and eggs for breakfast this morning. He overcooked the bacon (meaning no Arkansas) and he said boy it sure is "smokey" in here. That's it boys. It's a done deal.
