Tiny

"His an idiot"....after your brilliant post I hesitate to ask, but what makes him an idiot?

Well that might have been too strong, but the main reason I said this was because of his guarantee victory over Missouri...that showed me all I needed to know. Plus he has not exactly been the smartest lineman this year with all his false starts.

Inconsistent. Too slow reacting to outside pass rushes. Unable to be physical on the run game. Has temper tantrums on the field and on the sideline. Prone to multiple false starts his entire career at the wrong time. Tweets garbage promises that his team does not come through on. Believes he is an NFL 1st rounder.

It could go on and on...................

Tiny reminds me of Lee Ziemba from Auburn a few years ago. Great size and a lot of hype, but he had a problem with penalties and never lived up to his potential.

Here's my thinking with Tiny. The Titans need a tackle next year, and I pray to the football gods that he doesn't end up there. I am thankful that he ended up a vol though. He is a very good college player. I'm not going to clown him for his false starts. If he can overcome his false start penalties he will be a good pro lineman. Glad he wasn't a traitor and played his ball at TENNESSEE.

He could not finish his last year at Ensworth, we should not be surprised at these results.

Here's the scoop and I am a Vol through and through. We were going into the season, hoping the offensive line would carry us to 9 wins. That just isn't going to happen going from the gun slinger Bray to Worley. Our offensive line is good but not miracle workers. Butch is the ****. We are going to keep getting better and I am happy. I hate looking like **** vs. Mizzu. But, that's the way it is with our schedule. I like Dobbs and hope Fergi is better than Manzel. I am ready for Tenn to get back!!! They will

Been that way for 3 long years, not just this season. He has never grown or matured out of it. Tiny is a classic case of someone who physically could compete at the next level but he does not have the mental and/or emotional make up yet. Maybe never will. Plus his footwork is SLOW.
BS. James Stone had a bad game against UF in 2011. He was making the same mistake over and over (snapping the ball too low), and later admitted the mistakes got inside his head, plus having to deal with 1st Rd talents like Shariff Floyd.

Everybody was bragging how Tiny was going to shut down Clowney like he did last year. He had a few plays where Clowney just did what Clowney does. You aren't going to pitch a shout out vs Clowney without some help from TE's chipping him and such. But for 98% of the game, he owned Clowney. That's saying something.

People turn on good players in a heartbeat around here, and it's ridiculous. I think he was thrown off, in the Mizzou game, by different QB cadence...but the staff should have dug into his behind and maybe sat him for a series to get the message across. But let's stop with the stupid routine of suddenly deciding one of our best players has sucked for a long time. He has not.

He had an off game regarding penalties.

Very nice post. Some of our fans are clueless, especially after a bad loss. It will be the same people screaming how our tackles are terrible next year if he moves on.

I didn't say he was awful. I said VERY inconsistent. Been that way for years. His Clowney game last year was great minus one play. His Clowney game this year was, well not so great. And the Mizzou game this year was down right awful.
