To some people it’s even simpler than that. There are some in here that think all you have tondi is throw money at a recruit and boom. You got him. It’s hot nothing to do with the programs success, how many guys they put in the NFL or how good the coaching staff is. Only money, money and money.

He just might.
I think Tennessee will have a better offense than Alabama.

Metchie is no Waddle or Smith, Ruggs.
Hyatt and Brown just might be something like Smith one day.

I've been watching UCF's offense of 2018-2020. As good as they were. They didn't really have gamebreaking speed at WR. Yeah, they got some guys drafted at WR true. But those guys don't have the explosive ability of a Jalin Hyatt and Velus Jones. Or even a Javonta Payton and Addison Coby

Those offenses would have been even better with the WRs we have at Tennessee right now.

Best kept secret in the conference is our overall speed on offense right now. Nobody but us really know about it. Theyll know soon enough. It was just never utilized but it will be now.

Lmao Bama bias? Geezus the kid destroyed the 7v7 circuit and is probably the top player in the state, fastest player in the state and so on and your narrative is Bama bias. This kid has 100% alpha I'm the best at anything I do attitude and shows it. That's what gave him 5* and top 15 ranking. I don't care if he was training with @HoleInTheRoof I'd still approve his ranking because he's A1 legit.

I'll be completely honest @LittleVol I highly doubt that happens. He's enamored with the Nicktator and talks to him on a daily basis. He's been told to stay open to everyone and do not burn bridges, but he's had bad communications with someone on UT staff. One of his coaches told me every time they call the 1st thing said is always "hey Barion you talked to Bama today?" Whats Bama saying instead of trying to sell what UT has to offer. There was a period in which he was ignoring the calls because he became so annoyed with it. I will say this it was not Kodi Burns so not sure why anyone else beside Burns, Heup, or Garner would be calling him. With him and Nolen you have to put your top guys on them and allow no assistant to the assistant calling with a bunch of jabbering or killing any momentum you gain.

Wasn't much defense in the Big12 at all but bk in the day they used to bring it. I was at the Cotton Bowl, Orange Bowl, etc when Nebraska(2x), Kansas St beat the living hell out of UT and their defenses were lights out. Also was at the NC game when Texas played USC what an amazing game there was Pros all over the field on both teams.

Not negative at all but the truth which is why we had to have a sit down and tell him don't burn bridges. Recruiting is about sells and pitch. No guy should call a chick he wants and ask hey you talk to Billy. You call and speak on yourself and how you can be the man for her w/o referencing Billy.

Points made today...
1. Player is so good he doesn't need the AL bump.
2. He is in love with NS.
3. He will not consider TN because someone keeps asking if the coach he is in love with is bothering to love him at all.
4 There was a time long ago when some teams in the Big12 played defense....and, oh by the way, they killed TN.

I missed anything good about Tennessee.
