'24 TN CB Kaleb Beasley (Tennessee)

who has a better team than TCU imo.

Go corn Huskers!
Lol yea sure. Deion and da buffs are better than a lot of people want them to be. Just admit you were wrong about da buffs and move on…. Theres a segment of people on here “recalibrating” their expectations. Now they saying they cant wait to they get “humbled.” According to those same people in the summer, tcu was going to humble them 😂

People on here and in life will keep making excuses about them until they lose a game, while not admitting they were wrong from the beginning.

Maybe relax about a bit on the Buffs. It’s one game…and the first game. It’s likely TCU isn’t very good. Let’s see them put together consistent showings before we anoint.

So you’re “keeping receipts” like Deion? 😏

6 weeks, 6 months, 6 years the goalpost will be moved…
No goal posts getting moved on my end. I personally don't care what Deion does but Colorado will not be bowl eligible at seasons end imo. That team caught lightning in the bottle and beat a highly over ranked TCU because they couldn't stop a screen pass. CU has a trash defense but TCU is just as bad. So forgive me if I personally don't believe in Deion Sanders. Show me until then its a bunch of sh1t talking

Kaleb had a great game. Both those DBs lost the ball on that deep shot but outside of that he had a great game. First TD was more Whit extending the play than Amari just beating KB. Contained Amari other than that, but Amari got the ball with KB all over him all night. Got some strong ass hands

He beat him for 14 points. That's not great.
I also saw where he caught a TD himself.
So he definitely made an impact, but great game?? Idk.
Still excited to have him.

Jeffeson is a good player

I will definitely wait on enough facts from SEVERAL games before I make any declarative sentences about Sanders and his team. I am not going to go overboard for a victory over TCU who lost a TON off last year's team, after losing to GA by not 5, not 10 but 20 times the margin CU layed on them. I am not convinced I could not have scored on TCU on a swing pass at 70+ years running a 4.5 10 yards.

I will also be conservative on our team. I don't think we can validate anything vs AP, except whether we can continue to HOPE for exceptional play throughout this season based on first line and depth.

The frustration was evident as Lipscomb Academy football defensive back Kaleb Beasley walked toward the back of the end zone minutes after Baylor's 34-31 win over the Mustangs...Beasley tossed his helmet on the ground, picked it up, absorbed the postgame speech by his coaches and walked back toward the locker room. He told himself throughout the week, this was just another game against one more opponent and wasn't about to let the moment get too big.

But the matchup of two of Tennessee's top high school football players loomed large. Beasley, a Tennessee commit playing cornerback, stood in front of Alabama commit and Baylor wide receiver Amari Jefferson for more than half of Baylor's offensive snaps Friday and the pair didn't disappoint.

..."I mean, he's going to Bama and I'm going to Tennessee, that's two huge rivals," said Beasley, whose Mustangs fell to 1-3 and 0-1 in region. "It was fun going up against him and it's hard to keep the ball away from him an entire game. He's too talented. You just try to contain him as much as you can."

..."I watched Kaleb all week on film," Jefferson said. "I was just trying to get down his tendencies to see where we could best exploit him. It was tough because his technique is so good and he's strong and doesn't take a lot of false steps. He's just fundamentally solid."

Tennessee vs Alabama football commit matchup lives up to the hype and Josh Heupel was there for it
