Their fallback go-to is Tyler Byrd and how we ruined him by moving him to WR. I was as relentless as anybody on this board over that being a mistake. Every year I’d hope the staff (who I mostly backed) would come to their senses and move him back. Two things in retrospect: 1) They’re comparing results of Will Martinez and Butch to what Ansley and Pruitt have historically achieved with DB’s...especially talented ones. 2) SOMETIMES a player doesn’t transition his athletic abilities from high school to the next levels...not a unique story. To bet their whole narrative on those fallacies just because he was a local product is a special kind of self-deluded.
I agree, I liked it a lot. Only thing that sucked, is that AS SOON as you seen the Miami shirt, you could see the T. I mean it didn't suck, but I hate that he didn't pull it off exactly like he wanted
Hey... you dont say that! I'm born & raised here in Florida. But I bleed orange & piss excellence. Always said when it's time to go... I'm heading to Tennessee.
BTW
BOOOOOOOOOM!!!!
If I was a recruit, Id have staged bag men throwing money at me and staged coaches from other teams and "co eds" all around me. I'd be trying to escape the mess, and as they are pulling me back, they would rip off a different shirt, each exposing a new team. Then I'd rip the last shirt off exposing a power T painted on my chest like superman!
