My gut tells me that Tyler Baron will be a VOL. If he is not, his father's job should be safe. BTW, we did not hire his Dad because of his son.

Posting stuff about auburn and UK in his Instagram story, anything but Tennessee. I think we’re getting to be on the other side of a kid trolling, where he picks us despite what social media looks like

His dad isn't a recruiter, so he should be telling his son to make the best decision for him, and that he'll be supported either way. Tyler most likely knows more about the ins and out of the UT football building than most recruits, so I doubt there's anything his dad could say that would really sway his opinion one way or another anyway. Gotta hope the staff is taking care of business and he's listening.

Jimari Butler is a late bloomer 6'5" 220 lbs athlete that can run a 4.6 He has 18 sacks in one of the most talented football areas of the Deep South. It's pretty obvious he is an OLB for our defense. Only 3 star...for now

Kurot Garland had similar size to Barron coming out of HS. But they're different body types from each other... I'm not sure Barron can get to 290 and still be that type of player. I'm not sure he wants to either.

Barron looks like a SDE in a 4 man front defense.

Most want him because he's a 4 star In-state kid...

but does he see himself fitting in to what we do?

Good analysis. There’s a lot of unknown with him. You go with the talent but he’s not instant impact imo.

Honestly I think the kid is reading this thread and playing with emotions hard. Someone just posted how much pro Kentucky and Auburn stuff he was posting, then boom an anti orange/ Tennessee post....

He’s either going to come to Tennessee, get coached into a NFL guy by Pruitt or he’s going to go to Kentucky or auburn and always wonder what if.
