TN defense caught off guard

Willie Martinez is making multiple 100's of thousands a year to be a crappy coach

This defense was anything but off guard. As most people have heard this game was over in the locker room between HH and JB. This team lost the reason to fight but gained a reason to self sabotage. It seems clear the D was out to prove a point. CJH might have confirmed it when he said “This game is for the ones who couldn’t make” , don’t quote me.

You could step back and look at this as we’ve probably overachieved. But I’m not satisfied with that. We saw that we have the talent to compete with the best. The defensive coaching today was egregious. No way around it. Not sure Banks or Martinez deserve to be here next year.

This wasnt Spencer Rattler having a break out game just like it wasnt Antonio Richardson having the game of his life like some said, this was pure ineptness at the defensive coaching level, its been there all year it just hasnt blown up like this one did.
