I agree for the most part, and if things turn out the way we hope with Morris and Wright, there is no need to take a project at OT.

On Norton though, I really think he could be a decent D-lineman or an excellent OT. With the way things appear to be shaking out, we would probably need him more on the D-line, but he would probably be best served by playing O-line. This may be a situation where he is legitimately not the best fit for our class (or we're legitimately not the best fit for him). That's just my take on it.

JP seems to really want him though, and I will be happy with any big, highly-rated linemen we manage to land. I would gladly roll with the "get him here and sort the rest out later" approach. All of this is probably a moot point though as I think he sticks with UGA.

Nothing major. Same ole. I'm good with UGA talk unless coaching change happens. Talks to Pruitt everyday. Pruitt tells him he will sign with TN and instantly in 2 deep. Honestly sounds like we recruit him harder than UGA but he is all about them anyway. Only talks to Kirby sometimes and tray scott every few days

Still unable to reel in the top recruits in the state. Its a shame. Mayes probably on the line talking to him. Clemson and Ga and I guess others coming in and poaching the talent. People look at Mayes, Rodgers, and Higgins and it is some of the worst losses for Tennessee recruiting and a recruiting tool for other schools as they see those guys soon to become pros.....back about 400 years ago Tennessee made a living by going in and poaching out of state talent. Now they are poaching ours and leaving us almost a bare cupboard......................................................................................just chew on that for awhile

So you're saying we should be upset that Norton is committed to GA? Should GA fans be upset that Morris is committed to us? He is a much higher ranked player you know.
