Give it more time. The worst case scenario is we don’t get Norton or Logue and we keep Middleton. If Middleton comes in with his hair on fire he could be a terror. But that’s a pretty big if based on track record.

Better play a helluva lot better than Kyle (no offense meant, I love the kid, but let’s be honest) if we’re bring him here. If all we’re doing by bringing in Norton is getting the next Kyle Phillips, then we’re aiming at the wrong players.

I wouldn't readmuch into what a kid says when they get an unexpected cal after a the game. He isn't going to say that he doesn't care since he is going to TN... if that was the case.

If he visits it will get interesting

Kyle Phillip's was an entirely different player this year. I'd love to see how his career would have played out with four years under this staff.

Glad you’re here to anonymously adjudicate (but still with all the clever parantheticals) guys who were good enough to play almost anywhere in the country and were just woefully undeveloped.

Not saying you don't have inside info, but Pappoe and Gray have seemed like sure flips for awhile now...you're not exactly going out on a limb there.

I’ll throw this out there... we currently have 24 players committed.

So people who don’t understand that we will probably lose guys like Middleton, Brown, etc. when we’re sitting as the favorite or top 2 for 4-5 top tier guys... don’t know what else I can really say except watch it play out. As I’ve said, if Brown and Middleton are in this class we missed on a few of these guys. That’s it.

I said specifically that Gray committed to Pruitt on Friday. That’s pretty specific but ok.

And Pappoe wasn’t my only mention in his thread.

I feel like I am reading the Salem Witch Trials lol....I agree and have been saying for a while if we get Khafre Brown we missed on someone else. He has wanted to commit for a long time but it is a numbers thing. We would have gladly taken him in last years class lol.

I was referring to Sean Brown. Khafre is getting full press at UNC / Mack Brown right now.

That is the spirit. Some/most of us have 0 connections, and are just looking for any legit information. Most of us realize this is like a puzzle, putting pieces where they fit and knowing things change with another piece added. Then we have Richards that like to make everyone miserable. I appreciate information and don't mind the occasional banter with good humor. If I want to feel real pain I go to FF. Keep bringing what you have because it all comes out in the wash.

Actually, the deciding factor on Norton is if he wants to be utilized how UGA wants to utilize him.

We have 5 silent commits right now. Shows 20 public but that’s really 19. Will have to trim a few guys if we make serious runs at guys late. Freeze could change our board late too. He’d be a game changer. Chip not as much. Enos same.
