'20 TN DT Omari Thomas (UT SIGNEE)

I frankly thought Big O was head and shoulders over every other Tennessee DL this cycle. And the coaching staff is proving that they are going to make the most they can out of anybody they have on the roster. So as much as Vol Nation is crying out for immediate help on the D-line, it’s really not as big a deal as LB/EDGE rush.

I think the number went from a high of 6 to now it could be as low as 3. Just shows how important each of those recruits could be.

No

Maybe it’s because I don’t pay attention to other teams but I don’t hear about auburn swooping in and getting Bama, LSU, or Georgia recruits. Eventually (hopefully) a UT offer will be more prestigious than auburn. Maybe we’ll start stealing their recruits (Total orange tinted glasses).

Wanya Morris. We can go head to head with those guys and beat them in recruiting.

Bama, LSU, Georgia, Florida, etc. have been winning, and we haven’t. I believe that winning has a lot to do with it. Winning creates that prestige. The best players want to go play at a place where they can win. Up until 5 weeks ago, we didn’t meet that criteria. Our recent success has helped calm some of our recruits’ concerns.

An example is K.Garland. That guy was getting a tremendous push this past Sat. nite at CoMo. We are in good shape and have a couple committed who have potential.

We keep taking care of business on the field and it’ll end the Auburn nonsense. Pruitt will be someone the players will respect and want to play for a lot more than Gus.

What u riding in your avi? Is it a KTM?

Edit: I blew it up and it looks to be a KTM. I think I had an 400 EXC (can't remember the model) years ago. Had a WR400 and RM125 as well.

Have to ask OD..
Is it pure coincidence that your news always comes right after an article or major crystal ball and always concurs?

Crazy timing. It's like they just try to steal your thunder.

Got to respect kids wishes.
He's been spot on about the Memphis Trio...
They're everywhere

Seriously. It's almost as if Gus is like "who's trending for UT, better swoop in and snatch em up". Genius to just let Pruitt do all your recruiting for you then just have your bag-men ready to seal the deal.

What bothers me most, and it might just be paranoia, is that it almost seems as if Auburn encourages the recruit to lead UT along by pretending to be a sure thing. Almost as if they're not only trying to snag the recruit but to also get UT to burn some bridges with other recruits because they think the recruitment in question is rock solid. Now I don't think Pruitt is stupid enough to count his cornbread muffins before they're baked, but the Auburn M.O. in recruiting against us seems remarkably consistent/familiar.

Rodney Garner also used this method while at UGA.
