I wonder what Garner did when he was recruting for us which allowed Fulmer to let him go to Georgia. Same for when Georgia let him go to Auburn. He will stay at Auburn no matter what he does .They have sole.

He said at the time he and his wife needed to get closer to her family in GA. I think he just wanted to leave. It was rumored he and Coach Dan Brooks didn't get along.

You probably remember the backlash from the Auburn fans when Chizik was hired. Rumor was that Chizik was one of the few available coaches that was willing to "play the game" that Auburn wanted.

Then Gus became Chizik's OC .. so Gus learned how to "play the game" while on the job.

If people have info on the Auburn system then why not expose it? Quit complaining about a “system” if it is not illegal.
I have often said that UT needs to determine why so many of these star recruits do not want to come here. It was especially troubling to me when earlier in this recruiting season when a recruit announced he was going to visit Knoxville and another star recruit asked why would you want to visit there?

Sherrer was Hardy’s main recruiter. Pruitt is the one that’s been on Omari for the most part, which is why I think this Auburn visit means jack s**t

I personally have no information of any recruiting illegalities. I do believe it goes on everywhere to varying degrees. I also believe the NCAA knows it goes on. My theory on why you don’t see it exposed more often is very simple. When everyone is benefiting from it, including the NCAA, what benefit is there in ‘blowing the lid off’ of the practice? Short answer is, none. That would ultimately screw everyone.

I would assume Larry Porter is involved in Thomas' recruitment at Auburn because of his ties to Memphis. Auburn is using regional recruiting as well.

Rocker has taken the least experienced group of no name DL and turned them into the best unit on the team. I’d prefer he gets and extension.

Has to be a medium somewhere. I love the job Rocker is doing. But recruiting at some positions is seriously lacking. We need to add recruiters as well

The best? Better than the ILB? OLB? Going into the season, I was sure the back 7 would be stout....the back 7 has gotten better.
