'22 TN DT Walter Nolen (Ole Miss)

If what I’ve heard in the past is correct, then he is 100% a lock.
According to BGS, he is 100% not coming here, so my guess is who knows. I do like your responses better though.:)
If Walter was truly waiting to see how we played and how CRG coaches, I have to think we have put ourselves in the best position possible.

Gucci just plays the percentages.. as bad as we've been, he's been right more times than not.. First time I can recall Trippie having info.. don;t think he'd stick his neck out risking being crucified if he didn;t think he had legit info

If you offer 250 kids, but only 25 can commit, if you say "he gone" 250 times...... of course you'll be right more often than you're wrong.

I wasn't calling anyone out and apologize if it came across that way. I was simply comparing the polar opposite of his statement compared to BGS. BGS has played the absolute card way to many times on this recruit and that is impossible when dealing with HS kids. At least that is the way I see it. Anything can happen and hopefully this one goes our way.
Go Vols!!

I don’t play cards

He’s right a bunch because when you say “no” about literally every recruit we offer, you’re only going to be wrong about 20-25 of them

I'm confused. If you say he's a 100% lock, then why would we need to worry about any other school?

Lock was the wrong word to use. We are the leader by a huge margin right now. Idc what reporters or anyone else says. We would have the **** up pretty damn bad or another team would have to offer a ton of money in NIL.

I would think what he has seen from our interior DL he has to be impressed. I’m personally amazed at how good we are on interior. Only run game has been Emory Jones scrambles outside which was more on our outside containment. Running backs barely have any room when trying to run on us.

i think it when it's all said and done, we may look back, and outside the GA/Bama games, wind up very impressed with how this run defense has come along since last year.

i'm very pleasantly surprised by what Banks and company have done, and i don't discount the value add that Rodney Garnder has been for the DL. he's paid huge dividends in a very short amount of time. and while our secondary won't win any awards or anything, i don't they've been "bad" either. all in all, i can't really say anthing overly negative about the defense. with as much talent that left that side of the ball, the known depth issues at LB....heck yeah, the defensive staff, has done a really good job so far.

Bama hasn’t been a juggernaut running the ball under any circumstances. UGA has been solid. Garner is an amazing coach and guy once the turn around happens it will be simple for him to get who he wants without any issues

Either way..I don't think it's a stretch to call those two games early at this point. Will be glad to get to the point it's not that way any more.

Agree on Garner. They've already got a lot to show in terms of 'the pitch' for prospects. They've already done a good job...
