Upperman put up 70 on Tyner Academy in the second round. Upperman's QB has 2,271 rushing yards and 33 td's. 2,188 passing yards and 34 td's. 67 total td's and total 4,459 yards on the season. UHS averages over 54 ppg.

In Friday's second round win alone he had: 376 rushing yards and 5 td's. 337 passing yards and 4 td's. Total 9 td's and 713 yards. Wow.

I dont rhink West will dominate Anderson Co. The key will be stopping Fox which no one has been abke to do. He runs very well between the tackles and is able to get the corner as well. He also has a good offensive line that blocks well down field. I think Anderson Co gets the win. But it will be a close game though

Think West has too much speed for AC. West is a lot better than people think. West wins by 14 or better.

I gave my UT bball ticket for tonights game in order to attend the Fulton Greeneville football game. Hope the rain stays away.

Well Fulton beat Greeneville 40-20. Fulton was without Rollins. There is just no comparison this year to Fulton unless it's maryville or a team like that.

In the district I follow Upperman advanced to the semi finals defeating Notre Dame 19-10. They will play Alcoa.

I will say Greeneville moved the ball really well on Fulton. Greeneville just kept putting the ball on the ground and a couple weren't caused by a defender. I dont understand why Greeneville didn't run the slant more to #1. He caught several passes in second half even with Hawkins on him that way.

I was a little bit disappointed with Greeneville tonight. To be honest I think Sullivan South would beat Greeneville. 40-20 and it wasn't that close.

I will say that Greeneville needs to cut out the mid field / trying to go out and jump on someone's logo stuff. They even came over and tried to taunt the Fulton fans before the game. Well you see what that got them.

Not sure how you can say it wasn't that close? Take away Greeneville's turnovers and it would have been a good game. They had no answer for Hawkins - he's a stud. Greeneville moved the ball well, but couldn't finish.

Agree with you on the bullcrap they pulled at mid-field. That was stupid. Don't wake a sleeping giant!
