‘23 TN LB Arion Carter (Tennessee)

Carter comes in off being at the Iron Bowl last weekend and will officially visit Alabama next weekend. Tennessee will need to knock it out of the park in this one and we do feel it’s possible. Having Herring there will help as the two play on the same 7v7 team. The more we have talked to people, the more we believe this just comes down the the feeling he gets from both schools.

Dam! It would be nice to have him back as an enforcer for one more year while these young studs in this class get acclimated. Also, this dude I am posting below looked like an absolute beast before he left the Tennessee game. Did anyone else see him wrecking shop like I did?I wish we could pull him over here with that Mizzou receiver. His brother has now graduated so why stay at that doormat of a program? Or is he going pro too? Haha

Have to imagine Hopper is a player they'll open the checkbook up for like they did for Burden.

Carter is, IMO, the key recruit left on the board for the early signing period. M'Pemba would be a great addition to an already very good DL/Edge class, but LB is the position group I am most worried about going forward and Carter would go a long way to shoring that position group up in 2024 and beyond.

Agree 100%

Think he's referring to the team considering we're losing Banks. Some would say thats not that big a loss, but I think based on the performance in the USCjr game he may be a whole lot more important than some give him credit for.

Did someone say losing Banks? Can we BOOM?

Too soon?
