I really believe we are seeing Heups recruiting chops showing, with the on field success this year despite poor defense or average at best cause there were some good moments. He can sell the need for talent and playing time to these defensive recruits they could take us to next step..

Anyway where I want to finish with this…. is now that we’ve seen that he can coach and win. Kids will believe him and have more interest and I believe his influence is growing. Multiply kids have said that Heup getting more involved with them sealed the deal.
