shocking you put a negative spin on this. never saw that coming.

Why would anyone get their hopes up with this team? Once bitten twice shy. They'll have to prove they can handle success and win the next 2 before I get overly excited. Still might not be enough to get them in

You're comparing two different situations. Tennessee won't be judged negatively because they beat Florida and Kentucky at less than full strength. Conversely, Kentucky will be judged as they are now, and not who they were with Noel, by the committee.

Seriously?

so, we shouldn't trust lunardi but we should trust you on what the committee thinks.

SO MANY EXPERTS AT VN

Even if Lunardi is reliable most of the time, it is just one guys opinion. Quit being a tool and let people post theirs.

Let's face it, you'll never get excited about this team, regardless of what they do.

Are you kidding? I have season tix and am orange through and through. I'm just not going to get too optimistic until I see players like Stokes and Golden play like they want to be in the tourney every game. Today they both looked as if they would rather be elsewhere.

Bottom line, if the Vols win out, they get in before KY

Bottom line the guy was saying that all the selection committee looked at was wins and losses. Imsaid if that was the case then UK would get in before us. Read the post before you comment.

Stokes had ten boards.

Not his fault he got less than 10 touches on the offensive end.

Okay you need to not take me out of context. I said the committee only looks at who you've beaten and who has beaten you, and that they don't care how or why.

Which, by the way, is true.

You misunderstood me.

Come on man, you saw the game just like I did. He was not the same player , working in the post demanding the ball and controlling the boards like he was in the KY and FL games. He and Golden must bring their A games every night. McRae can't carry this team on his back every game without a little help.

This is my favorite post of the night.....we have a poster that believes that the committee will not judge tennessee for beating a hamstrung team....but will judge those hamstrung teams.......Why you ask.....of course it must be they are all VFL'ERS
