despite it being the dead period, the Vols have really increased their communication with Memphis OL Chris Morris in the last week. Although the Texas A&M buzz was strong toward the end of July, Tennessee has conceded nothing there and fully expects Morris’ recruitment to go all the way until signing day — no matter if he makes a decision this month or in the fall.
