In all fairness, alot of our fans were, to put it mildly, not too kind to Cade on social media after he committed to UGA on ESD 2017 and Cade reacted like...gasp...a kid, with that immature Dixieland Delight stunt. Unfortunately, some of our presumably adult fans continue to one up Cade with their juvenile thought processes. I hate we missed on Cade, the pull of playing with his brother may one day bring him back, but objectively it would be really hard for me to think of a program that was more of a ****show than our program was in December 2017, and I'm fairly old. This kid had his future to think about, and he decided not to risk all that. Be glad we have recovered enough that Cooper didn't have those kind of concerns. And lastly if all else fails, smoke a joint, 420, and relax.I hate the fact that any of the mays family will be around ut. Cade handled his flipping to uga in as classlessness of a manner as is humanly possible. He even had a video he put out on social media where he was singing a song with lyrics changed to F*** ut. It’s so hard to understand how a local legacy kid could ever do that. And you just have to look at the parents. He was like a 17 year old at the time. Seems like the parents would’ve made him put out some sort of statement saying they respect ut but under the circumstances he has elected to go another direction. Nobody could’ve been too upset with him for that. But the way he handled it was so far to the other extreme. Just pathetic. And it’ll be hard for a lot of Tennessee fans to get behind Cooper due to his family. Fair or not. I’d say in the end...if he comes here and gives his all for Tennessee he’ll probably still be able to win the hearts of the ut faithful. We always get behind our young men. But his piece of trash brother did him no favors. Tough knowing how his family kicked us when we were at our lowest point.
