I'm super optimistic that our S&C staff will teach him how to correct his sloppy UGA lifting form. I'm equally optimistic that after they do so, he will be less likely to injure himself and more likely to perform at his 5* potential.

As a newb lifter can you post a video of yourself benching 315 with correct form for reference? I'd like to see what it looks like so as to not injure myself.
