Lol. These in-state kids and their attitudes about being offered “late” baffles me. You’re not a 5* can’t miss prospect! And it’s MAY THE YEAR BEFORE you graduate! You still have an entire season to play high school. It’s not a late offer! Late offers come 2 weeks or even 2 months before NSD, but 3+ months before your senior season even starts is not late.

They offered Glover after his Sophomore season.
They offered Ogumoro in January.

While this kid was right in their backyard all along.

offering someone right before the summer of their Senior season is late now. That’s why early signing period is moving to June- completely before their sr season.

He seems to have gotten over it regardless, but yeah he was definitely slow played…

On the pod today AP said Moore was initially put off by the late offer from UT, but has since moved past that and would be shocked if he didn’t end up at UT. Also said he and Sanders really hit it off this past weekend.

It’s almost like Sanders is recruiting for UT….

Jefferson County lineman Nic Moore is at West Virginia this weekend and he will take his visits before visiting Tennessee for the final weekend on the 21st. He will visit Clemson on June 3rd and it will be interesting to see if the Tigers pull the trigger and offer him. Tennessee has a ton of momentum coming out of last weekend with Moore and we expect the Vols to keep the hammer down in their pursuit of him.
