'24 TN OL Ronan O’Connell (Clemson commit)

I can remember sitting in Neyland watching the USCe game in 2021, a rag tag pieced together team playing their hearts out and everyone around me was absolutely amazed how easily we were scoring! We found the needle in the haystack in Coach Heapel. The Bama game was a once in a lifetime experience IMHO. lf a team can score, they have a chance against anyone. ” Come on in boys and enjoy the ride, the waters fine!”

Love when fans say something is "concerning" like they have any power whatsoever to do a damn thing about it. Just shut up and watch the product on the field. Losing games is the only thing that can be "concerning." Just ridiculous.

But we lost an in-state recruit Newt! The gall dang sky is falling and you are focused on us winning games!? If we can't lock down the state then we might as well shut the program down.

What happened to you? You went from happy insider dropping posinugs around the forum to being defensive grumpy insider ever since Ronan decided to pick Clemson.
He's grumpy because he gave an opinion and some clowns jumped on him for it. It's sad that this board reacts the way it does to differing opinions. It drives people away.

So nobody can have an opinion on anything? Cool.

Everyone here is allowed to remain Vol fans, think our program is on an amazing trajectory, be thrilled with our overall recruiting and be slightly concerned about OL recruiting. You have my permission
Pomposity without anything to back it up.

He was also larger and better distribution to lower body. Don’t think the comparison is a good one, for a tackle spot.
It was before Ellarbee arrived. Wright was a disappointing player if comparing hype to results. Lindy’s draft guide (printed before the Combine) had him projected as an OG in the NFL and (maybe) a third round draft pick. Pro comparison Larry Borom 🤮. “Chief weakness”? “Bad DISTRIBUTION of WEIGHT”. Fans get in a hurry to declare narratives and “experts” get paid to do pretty much the same thing.

Are these “commitments” ever really a surprise anymore? The insiders for each program seem to be close to 100% accurate when it comes time for the recruit to announce.
