Found it interesting his criticism focused on CGE while others were spared. I will say parents whom I respect and their OL son was recruited by UT said Ellerbe was “a good man”. Son was a 4* who chose a different university solely on academics.

Lazy recruiter was the term I believe. I’d imagine everyone is lazy at things they don’t want to do. I doubt he’s a lazy coach though.

Not if you consider the "instability" part of the argument. I agree that it's mostly the program, and I believe that that 'program' part of the argument includes stability in the places that have made the program successful. If I had said, "I wonder what would happen if Elarbee is fired..." Otherwise, your criticism melts. (It may seem a distinction without meaning to some, but it's not saying "It had to be Elarbee". It's saying "What happens if the room he was attracted to is shaken up into an unknown?")

My basic point was similar to this quote, which is specifically about building and retaining program health and not about individual coaches:

I literally tried to quit being a fan multiple times, but spending so much time on these darn message boards makes it impossible. It feels like it's my kids out there playing. Had my wife change my password but I just started a new account to feed the addiction.

I was able to do it to an extent when we were at one of our very worst bottoms, where nearly all was hopeless, and I was in college surrounded by parties and babes. Now there’s hope again, and oddly enough criticism seems warranted in light of the promise of progress. Can we have faith in progress and criticisms? Also, arguing with you jackwagons is the most exciting part of my day. Go Vols!
