Gmac is a good athlete but he's not going to break the will of the defense with his legs and arm like Knight can.

I respectfully disagree.. GMac is a much better passer at this stage. It's really not even that close. Knight is the better Athlete but Gmac the better QB at this stage. Doesn't mean Knight can't be the better of the 2 by their Jr years in College.

I have seen nothing from this staff that makes me question their decisions in regards to the QB position. I think we get our pick of QB's as long as this staff is in place.

Yep. Ty Simpson wasn't a top 10 guy (26th overall) but a five star nonetheless.

GMac will likely be considered the best Tennessee HS quarterback prospect since the rankings inception. Assuming he stays healthy and has a good season.

When Gmac and his team play Deuce and his team head-to-head in a few weeks, does anyone know how good the defenses are? Go Vols!

He had some nice throws last night, but missed on a couple big plays.
OL at BA ain't that great at pass protection.

He doesn't jump out to me the way Nico and Merklinger do, but I have nothing more than highlights to compare the three. Still, we can probably afford a serviceable QB with the guys we'll already have on board.

Well those guys are older. Not saying he’ll be them, but maybe give the 17 yr old a chance to develop a little more.

Neither GMac or Deuce showed out like one would expect for how much hype they receive, especially on here.

Game one of their Jr seasons so doesn’t mean anything but just noting their performances were meh.
