Just to clarify, his dad is the UTM coach, not the Westview High School coach. Also, Westview was unreal this year, which should show even more how talented Alcoa is. The game against Scotts Hill as an example that Westview won 70-7 was called at halftime due to inclement weather. Westview scored 70 points in the first half, 49 in the first quarter. This kid is unbelievably talented, and he also had some good receivers as well. And Dresden deserves any whooping that comes their way.

Westview grad, class of 2002. Dresden players used to talk so much crap and never backed it up; not until we were gone anyway. Of course, it didn't hurt that I graduated with Justin Harrell. We were pretty solid back then. Y'all were so confident one year, you scheduled us for your homecoming for the "sure win." Final score was something like 49-0 for the good guys. Y'all definitely had plenty of solid teams after we were gone though. I can only imagine the smack talking when they were actually backing it up. No worries though. All fun and games.

I have seen them both and Graham is ALOT better at the same time in his career. And to add to it. His dad doesn’t hate Heupel. But tbh if the Faizon Brandon commitment stick I won’t be beat up about him not going to the Vols.

So interesting....I am class of 2003. Honestly not sure we (fans at least) ever thought Westview was a for sure win. My cousin was a three or four year starter at center for Dresden never heard him say yall were for sure a win. Yall were always stacked with players and we always thought we were the underdogs. The rivalries always go in spirts it's seems. Both my nephews never lost to Westview. Always neat to hear the other side of the rivalry though. Go Vols!
