Florida, #16, is only one spot ahead of us in the team rankings, and they finished the season with a 9-3 record, and a NY's day bowl. Think about that. I posted it yesterday:: we're probably going to end up with a class similar to Clemson's, and they have been in the CFP four straight yrs, while we have gone 9-15 over the last two.

It's absurd for anyone to feel "stung" or disappointed about our class.

I could care less about Florida's ranking now. We have to compare our recruiting against the top dogs Alabama and Georgia and if they continuously beat us in recruiting , our program will not catch up to them.

Let's not get carried away. Banks is not viewed as well today as he was when he signed and everyone was posting "Boom"."Boom" should be reserved for 5 stars, 4 stars should get a "Aight".

baby steps. we aren't going to go from 5-7 to beating Bama and UGA.

we are going to have to take steps. show that we can beat the little guys, and our recruiting improves. start beating the mid level teams, our recruiting improves. its a process.

I don't know about him, but I do. With the revenue and facilities, this staff should be able to recruit with anyone anywhere. In a lot of ways, they have an advantage because they can sell their vision and promise without having to back it up because there product isn't out there yet.

Around the top 10 without a doubt. Butchy boy managed it after a 10-14 record by previous staff. Then again after 15-21. They were all poor fits and underdeveloped for the most part but he got them to campus.

Well, Pruitt is establishing a reputation of being honest. He is not going to lie to recruits about the condition of the program which is horrendous. Some like Wanya have accepted the challenge. Some have preferred to go to teams that will almost guarantee them a championship. Butch didn't have to deal with being the worst team in the SEC with 2 national championship contenders to play every year.

That was lip service to support the move. Moving him to LB obviously made no difference in how our LBs played in the final stretch. Banks can be a great physical RB. A perfect compliment to Gray. I hope that is where he is come spring.

Well he didn’t stay on defense. He had to move back because ty and run got banged up. Takes more than a week or two to permanently change the culture.

Banks wants to play LB and he should. I don’t know why some people thought he looked good at RB. He fumbled constantly.
