'21 TN TE Hudson Wolfe (Ole Miss commit)

I’m all for the first two to make the call. Best group of TEs that have been on our radar maybe ever. Whoever we sign this year will be really good, regardless of who it is. I have my favorites, but they’re all good.

So, I watched the kids film. Don’t know why anyone would say they don’t want this kid. (Doesn’t matter the competition he played, look at his actual athletic ability and skill, also, if competition mattered Patrick Willis would have been a bust..... Savannah Football is > Bruceton Hollowrock Football)

- He makes contested catches (while being in contact)

- He isn’t afraid to block.

- He has that extra drive to want to gain more yards

- Good Hands

- Quick and Athletic for his size

- Versatile

- Reminds me of Gronk. Same play style.

I would say he is a must get. Especially being from Tennessee. You don’t let other SEC programs poach a kid like this. Has great potential as a TE at UT.

Offer list and Nick Saban believes he's the best TE in this class. That is pretty compelling, if you ask me.

I read he grew up a Vol fan, so hopefully we've started making him a priority recently (if we haven't already). Also possible since Neids moved over to defense, that he just hadn't built that relationship with Joe Osovet yet, and may be the last month or so being quarantined has allowed for some video chatting to get comfortable.

Great size, nasty streak as an inline blocker, runs like a gazelle, good hands.

I know the competition argument has been made but this kid on film is like the majority of most of the recent kids we are getting: incredibly aggressive. He and Campbell both are that way, especially in the blocking game. You can tell they absolutely love to pancake people. They’re both great athletes as well and with the scheme CJC is going to run here with these beefed up running backs, nasty blockers at TE are a necessity. I think Wolfe is the best of the potential 4 we could get.

Colson crossed my mind too. It seems like he’d already be in if he had his own way. just don’t know if he can get the approval from his guardians to pick Tennessee.
