'21 TN TE Hudson Wolfe (Ole Miss commit)

Colson crossed my mind too. It seems like he’d already be in if he had his own way. just don’t know if he can get the approval from his guardians to pick Tennessee.
yeah, that's kinda what i meant by the fluid part. seems like he leans our way, parents to michigan....so i'm sure it's a back and forth.......maybe that's why it's a .5? does he or doesn't he get the blessing from the parents? if he does/did...i think he's in a lot sooner than later. if he doesn't...well....he probably isn't coming here period.
i guess i've talked myself in to the notion that if Colson doesn't commit at least by the end of this month, he's out.

Offer list and Nick Saban believes he's the best TE in this class. That is pretty compelling, if you ask me.
Or could Saban be trying to trick somebody saying they think he is best while secretly recruiting others for same position. I know I read that happens somewhere.

Fat kids got a great arm.

Hold the Jello.

Coach Finstock:
There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

Teen Wolf for the win! Can’t reuse some of that dialogue.
Stiles: “You’re not going to tell me you’re a (British cigarette), are you? Because if you are? I’m going to need some more weed!”

(With disgust) Scott: “No! I’m not a...(British cigarette)!

I’m a werewolf. “

Coach Finstock : Look Scotty, I know what you're going through. Couple years back, a kid came to me much the same way you're coming to me now, saying the same thing that you're saying. He wanted to drop off the team. His mother was a widow, all crippled up. She was scrubbing floors. She had this pin in her hip. So he wanted to drop basketball and get a job. Now these were poor people, these were hungry people with real problems. Understand what I'm saying?

Scott Howard : What happened to the kid?

Coach Finstock : I don't know. He quit. He was a third stringer, I didn't need him.

We desperately need a big physical run blocking type at TE. That’s why Wolfe is a take regardless of who else jumps in there. He’s the best run blocker in this class by far.

I believe it. You could see how hard they leaned on Pope last year. Think it was said we ran behind him like, 90% of the time he was on the field or something wild like that.

Yeah..I don't remember the % either, but to say it was predictable would be an understatement...

He's doesn't run like a gazelle. He isn't able to outrun weak TN competition. He's not near as athletic as Miles Campbell or Trinity Bell. The plus is he is a devastating blocker and has that 6'6" frame to work with. I think he's a take, but not the receiving threat that many think he will be in the SEC. He is still a very good prospect and would fit what it appears they want to do on offense.

I will say that this is the kid Notre Dame has been churning out to the NFL draft yearly for the past decade. Them and Iowa do a great job of developing TEs. My hope is that Coach O is able to develop them a lot better than Moose did. Butch’s rather pedestrian development of the position is just one of his disappointments.
