Bama and Tennessee just have moved on. Kentucky and Ole Miss, on the other hand are stepping up. DB has grade concerns right now

Why? You cover up one problem, and more will surely rise. He needs to take care of his class work FIRST! We don’t wanna talk about it, but that’s just as much of a student athletes job as playing football in my opinion.

To get him eligible? Maybe he’s dyslexic, I personally don’t want to see him catching TDs for another team in the Natty or killing us on the field like other instate WRs that went to Georgia have. Also these kids ain’t come here to play school. If he can help us win on the field that’s all that matters and pretending otherwise is people just lying to themselves

Little more than a year after being in a huge investigation and barely dodging a bullet. Yes let’s start illegally forging transcripts to set us up for more trouble. That sounds like a splendid idea

I could be wrong here, but I don’t think this is a learning disability issue. Most kids with issues like that are placed in classes that are Made to help them and make the schoolwork easier.
Besides that, if you think covering up a kids problems instead of addressing them and getting them taking care of is how you should handle a situation, then I’m glad you’re not the football coach.
Cover up issues and watch and see what new ones pop up.

If you’re trying to sound smart, you’ve already failed.

Georgia is literally going to get a class of studs no matter what. If it’s not him, it will be someone else. We better get used to it now that they’ve gotten over the hump. Only way to change it is for us to win some games.

Bama and UT has already backed off this kid’s recruitment due to terrible grades.

Has nothing to do with winning games.

My point was less about this kid and more about the comment saying “We can’t let Georgia get him”. Georgia is going to get studs now matter what. Doesn’t really matter if it’s Bell or someone else.

Georgia getting him and him scoring TDs on us because we didn’t pursue him is what would suck. Not necessarily Georgia getting a stud

I’m just telling it like it is. We’re in no position to turn away stud athletes at positions of need, and yes WR is a position of need. We have a lot of X WRs but very few guys outside of Squirrel that can take the top off a defense. We need a decent sized guy that can take the top off a defense like Payton did last year

No, you’re just backtracking and ignoring the facts why Tennessee and other schools have moved on from his recruitment.

That’s on him, not us.

You have to be on the field to take the top off the defense. You have to make decent grades to be on the field
