To All The Dobbs Fanboys....

I'm not even joking when I say Dobbs is the worst QB I have seen this yr.

He is worse than ANY OVC ,MAC or Conf USA QB....EASILY.

With this big recruiting class coming in I hope CBJ has a decent QB who can start right away.

ANYONE would be better than this Dobbs kid.

How Butch doesn't put someone else in the second half baffles me.

Totally agree!!! IT was clear in the second qt. to me in the stands he was shaken and had lost confidence. He thre 2 early picks, and after that all night he underthrew everyball. It was by far the worst QB play I've seen in a while. 53 yds. passing. Not like our O-line even gave him time to go thru more than 1 sometimes 2 checks. But not only offensive side of ball, but how many times did our defense get pressure on their QB? Not many.Their QB had all day 90% of the time, And even when he didn't have the time, our DB's were playing was soft, too much of a cushion. Never thought I'd see the day VANDY could beat us by throwing the screen, and gashing our defense for 6-9 yds. all day LONG!!!

Well, i guess if a Qb cant dominate Peyton style after 3 games, then we should go back to a junior just good enough to Not secure the position throughout the season. I am still a dobbs fan boy. Im not a bajakian fan boy.

seriously guys stop posting after a loss and when you have been drinking.

He is a freshman QB who got put in a bad situation, that's all. He is 19 years old and some of you should be ashamed.

Yes it sucks to lose but the way some of you behave after a loss sucks a lot more.

0 touchdowns in four games. You seem to be the one drinking.

Guilt trips don't work on me.

Probably didn't help that a very large number of posters here were hyping him to the moon after his "great" performance against Alabama; even to the point of shouting down anyone saying it probably had more to do with the fact that Alabama was comfortably ahead.

He's looked worse every game since.

If Vandy at home is a "bad situation", this kid will never survive our scheduling.

Ferguson and Dobbs need to go to the Manning Passing Academy -- the QB coach they have sucks

This.
Some of you were calling him the next Tee Martin/Tony Robinson. Now you want to offer up yet another batch of excuses. I, for one, am sick of excuses.

I agree with that and I wasn't one of them. I am just saying don't take it out on the kid. He did his best.

Stop. Enough with the excuses. I gave him a pass these last 3 games because having to start as a true freshman against Alabama, Mizzou and Auburn is a Herculean task. No pass for the Vandy game.

I could understand him having a bad game, maybe having some jitters, I get that. But 53 yards passing, zero TDs and 2 ints? I would even be able to somehow deal with that IF, Vandys top 3 starting DBs were not injured. Do you realize what that means? He should have been able to capitalize on that.

I am sorry but at this point Dobbs is an average to below average passer. I am not knocking his running, just his passing. Enough with the excuses.

So are you going to say the same thing if he stinks it up against Kentuky?
