I guarantee you that cops violate the rights of citizens everyday without any ramifications. I would say that at least 50% of traffic stops are unconstitutional.

As long as you have a drivers license, your car is registered and you use the tags they supply, you have an adhesion contract with that state. They have the right to use pc and civil statutes against you.
