Pennsylvania Murder Suspect in drunken crash that killed 2 state troopers, man on I-95 Released on Bail

The woman facing homicide charges for the drunk driving crash that killed two Pennsylvania state troopers and a man on I-95 earlier this year was released on bond as of Thursday.

Jayana T. Webb, 22, is accused of striking and killing Pennsylvania State Troopers Martin F. Mack III, 33, and Branden T. Sisca, 29, as well as 28-year-old Reyes Rivera Oliveras on I-95 near the Broad Street exit on March 21.

In June, the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office refiled previously dismissed third-degree murder charges against Webb. Her bond was set at $200,000 per person killed in the wreck.

My question is why the initial charges were dropped?

This is the guy that etched "you're ****ed" on his rifle that killed this innocent Dad. Happened right down the street from me. Feels like a cop gets away with murder every other year here. He lost his job but he's getting pension. City council voted yay on that one. The deck is stacked

She's not bright because she said the quiet part out loud. How many cops do you think think the same way she does?
If you want a good example of cops wanting people out of their way with no regard for public safety, watch the Arkansas State Police routinely drive 100-150 mph in pursuit of someone speeding in all roads and conditions. They are freaking crazy. I'm surprised that the state hasn't been sued out of existence by now.

Cops doing what cops do no matter where you are. Either comply or die...

So are you good with peoples rights being violated? Being wrongfully detained, tortured, wrongfully killed/executed? Because you’re idolizing kadyrov and Putin in your avi, you slobber all over them in other threads. You know, guys who wrongfully detain people, have been known to sodomize people, torture them with blow torches before executing them, that sort of stuff. Trying to figure out when these things are acceptable to you, seems like if it’s anything to do with Russia or their bit*** like kadyrov, you’re fine with it and even celebrate them. Anywhere else in the world and you have no problem condemning it.

I was going to respond to this when I saw it earlier, but the more I thought about it, and then as I read it again a few minutes ago, I am more confused and frustrated as to WTF your angle is. WTF are you talking about? I was clearly pointing out that cops will be cops no matter what country they are in. Whether it is US, UK, Russia, KSA, whatever, and I have been consistent in that view. I suppose you are just coming after me just for some ad hominem attacks rather than anything of actual substance or what. Again, I'm the one being consistent. I just seem to catch flak for coming too hard against my own country when we do it because I happen to hold America to a higher standard, which I thought was a good thing to do. But obviously, far too many of you want to hold America to the same standard as these other countries.

So when “cops” do those things, it’s wrong. But when kadyrov or Putin either order the police or their henchmen to do those things or far worse, you celebrate them. You are a huge fu***** hypocrite and you can’t admit it. Peoples rights and livelihoods matter to you depending on who is wronging them. If it’s police, you have no problem criticizing. If it’s kadyrov raping someone with a broomstick or Putin illegally detaining and killing someone, you make them your avi and tell us how honest and reliable they are lol…
