To Protect and to Serve II

Great work work by Knoxville’s finest. Back the blue. Shoutout to fort sanders and their doctors and security team for helping get this menace to society off the streets.

This case is nuts. Someone kills young lady. Signs point to cop. Investigators ignore signs. In questioning a love interest who was a black WR at Wyoming, cops asked him if he knew any other black athletes that knew her that they could question. You can hear this on audio in this pod episode. Mind you, there is literally no reason based on evidence to think it was a black man who did the deed. They proceeded to hound several black football players (who didn't even know her) for questioning and DNA. IDK why any of this is ever shocking to me. This is America.

This is a disgusting video to watch. That poor woman was mistreated at Fort Sanders and then again by the police, who essentially killed her by suffocating her to death.

Honestly, the police could have done a way better job. Unfortunately, they were given bad info from the hospital. Fort Sanders and KPD are going to be paying out a huge amount of money.

I think this a major issue.

Cops pull up with bad info and don’t investigate or do their due diligence. How many times have cops busted down doors with no knock warrants because of bad info?

If I’m not mistaken the first officer on the scene was a Sargent who did nothing to investigate the situation or de-escalate it. He was an a$$hole from the moment he pulled up. Every cop on scene acted like an a$$hole idiot.

At some point cops need to be held accountable for bad behavior. These idiots were punished by being placed on leave with pay while a bogus investigation happened. Everyone of them should be fired and charged with involuntary manslaughter.

On a side note wasn’t one of the cops involved in the Austin East incident?

These cops don't GAF. That gives them an erection to go "pew pew" and get an chance to pull a trigger or put hands on some scum citizens.

They weren't given bad information when they shoved that woman in the back of a cruiser as she was weezing and saying she couldn't breathe while they ignored her. These sorry assholes need to spend some time in prison for killing another person.
Some?

Interesting.

What did he get? He should have gotten a week for every day those he arrested got. He also should lose every possession he has and pay punitive damages to all his victims for the rest of his life.
Guilty on 19 out of 67 charges, 12.5 years. Those charges were related to only 3 people. There are still cases pending against the Sherrifs office.

Do cops get out after serving one tenth of the sentence, like the other criminals do? 12-1/2 years and I bet when the gavel went down it was time served.

This cop falls into the god complex pos category for me. He did this all knowing it would ruin lives. It did. I’m sure general pop will be kind to him.

Police finally realizing that they are doing too much. Instead of focusing on petty nonsense, how about going after REAL criminals.

Los Angeles Police Union Says Officers Should No Longer Respond To Certain Calls | ZeroHedge

Other types of calls on the union’s list include issues such as parking violations, tenant disputes, dog complaints where no attack has occurred, illegal gambling, public defecation or urination, panhandling, calls to schools for nonviolent juvenile disturbances, welfare checks, nonviolent incidents at city parks, under the influence cases where no other crime is involved, public drinking, and cleanups of encampments.

Union director and former LAPD officer, Debbie Thomas said during a news conference March 1 that “police officers are not psychologists, we are not psychiatrists, we are not mental health experts.”

“We are not social workers, doctors, nurses or waste management experts,” she said.
