To Protect and to Serve II

Another No knock warrant gone bad?

Why are 5 different cops screaming 5 different orders? Hands up, get on the ground, don’t move.

Did he die? A post on the twitter feed said it was a bean bang in the groin which is still very bad police conduct.

Imagine what cops were doing before cameras.

The only way to stop police brutality and their volitions of constitutional rights would be to strip away qualified immunity.

9/11 was the biggest freedom grab up until COVID. And you white guys are going to argue with me about the cops/military are going to be the ones to protect your freedoms. Cops are cops. They are going to fall back on "just following orders" as they stomp on your freedoms or on your necks.

You won't get an argument from me about what dicks cops are, so quit lumping me into the universal "white guy" pile.

I'm obviously generalizing, so "not all". But I'm speaking directly to these "white guys" that burn Kaepernick jerseys and scream "back the blue"/"blue lives matter" and ignore the idea that we have a serious cop problem. And more importantly, these "patriots" that are in some dream world and think that when the time comes, these same cops that they defend wouldn't turn around and turn their wrath on them and use the excuse of "just following orders".

"officer safety"... You can do anything if you are a cop based on "officer safety".

WOW...
I was under the impression that people knew policing was inherently dangerous when they went to police academy. If they assumed safety at the end of barking commands and expecting everyone to comply mindlessly, they might be assumed too much. Officer safety doesn’t trump individual rights.

The problem is that this is not being trained. Instead, they are trained that their own lives are worth so much more than a regular citizen's, that they can decide whatever they want constitutes a "threat to their life and they were just defending themselves" and the crooked, stacked system employs people like LG to defend their right to kill us.

Cannot see qualified immunity going anywhere either unless they lose it in individual cases for being just stupid. The stacked system is very real.

You'll need the DA's to play ball and start charging these guys, though. And, even if they do go on trial, we still have far too many sheep out here that blindly worship the uniform on these juries.

At some point when will there be a real discussion about citizens safety?

I seen a video posted somewhere of a cop pulling a gun on a man with a camera because h he thought it was a “gun”. If a cop doesn’t know the difference between a camera and a gun then he should be fired immediately.
