Ok there is more to it and if this is true the guy deserved to be arrested just like any parent forcing a kid to have their dick or tits cut off.

In the press release, TPD says on April 20, a Springdale Police School Resource Officer reached out to them concerning the welfare of a male Tontitown student. According to the release, the resource officer told TPD that the student went to school with his left ear pierced and shared with his classmates that his dad was drunk, put him in a chokehold, and shoved the piercing in his ear.

Sherland is being charged with endangering the welfare of a minor, refusal to submit arrest and obstructing governmetnal operations.

TPD says they went to the student's home to speak with the father, identified as Jeremy Sherland. According to the release, TPD explained to Sherland the reason officers were there and Sherland admitted to piercing his son's ear. TPD says they tried to investigate more but Sherland refused to let them speak to his son and to answer further questions. TPD says they left without incident after this.

I swear, some of you copslobbers will defend cops even when they are in clearly in the wrong. Have any of you clowns heard of the 5th Amendment?

The woman who was baptized died a year or so ago, which would make those charges a bit more difficult, but still stinks and has since the beginning.

HCSO lost all their body camera recordings around the time the rest of the people came forward. Then the Sheriff hired Wamp and supported her in the election. I know a lot of people who thought that was done specifically because of this case and others like it. Pinkston was a mess and she’s fixed some of the organizational problems he had but I won’t be surprised if there isn’t a similar body of work on the field of corruption by the end of her term.

It is also fishy that they are blaming this on Pinkston. That doesn’t really make sense to me.

Boise police officer has made over 3,500 DUI arrests. He was cited for driving drunk
Hancuff wasn’t arrested and instead was cited. Orr said that while it’s up to the sheriff’s deputy whether they want to arrest someone or issue a citation, out of the 142 people who’ve been charged with a DUI this year, only 16 were citations. To put it another way, nearly 90% of people charged with DUIs by the sheriff’s office were arrested.
Not surprised that he wasn’t arrested.

The cop didn't want to be a dick, but he arrested this guy for "disregarding a traffic control device" in a Buc-ees parking lot on his way to get gas. I love how these guys serve the public.
Edit: I didn't watch it far enough. He let him go when another cop pulled up and had a ticket book so he could write him up. Still a douche bag cop.

What a complete azzhole I hope the guy beat the BS ticket but since its TX who knows, they might have given him the death penalty.
