Do NOT even pretend that false rape accusations are EVER more than a drop in the ocean compared to actual rape or sexual assault.Did we just not live thru a 3-5 year time period where a large contingent of false allegations and scandals were made country wide? Hell didn't Tennessee just a few short years ago have a player get drug thru hell and his career sidelined because of false rape accusations only to be acquitted? I'm not saying the women claiming this happened are liars or attention seeking. I'm literally looking at this objectively and not allowing fandom to determine whether I think someone is guilty or not.
1 in 5 women (20%) experience rape or attempted rape during their life. 1 in 3 of those occur while they are a minor. And less than 50% of rape & sexual assault is reported to police because it is dangerous and traumatic for the victims to do so. And because they face a mountain of scorn from our society in doing so.

Statements like yours that I bolded above create the false idea that false accusations are widespread and common while the opposite is true.
You seem to harp on proof. Well, where your proof that the women involved were making false accusations? If you don't have it then shame on you for suggesting they made it up for personal gain. And if you don't think or don't know that's what is going on, then don't even make a statement like the one above, because we all know what you are suggesting even if you tried to "caveat" it later.
