the bold word is the key word here. until somebody in the room comes out and said yes or no, then it's all speculation and hear-say.

i guess big bad Tony Stewart is as big of a bad ass as everybody thinks he is.

I agree with u but I just don't like him.I was in Las Vegas in 03' and Kurt Busch was signing auotgraphs and this 8-10 year old in front of me wanted to get 2 things signed by him but he refused and screamed at the kid to leave.
