Vince Young and Cam Newton were key components on their championship teams. I think they have to be on top. Tee would have to be on the list. BCS Champ team = make the list. Multiple championships. Have to be doing something right. AJ wins again and he is three on my list.

They didn't even put Tee Martin in the Top 75, and they have Chris Leak at #19. Perhaps we would have gotten more popularity sentiment if we hadn't been so consistently bad the last few years.

Tim Couch shattered a couple of NCAA records, and excluded. He was a bust in the NFL, but his college resume was pretty darn good.

McCat, I agree Tim Couch was a great college QB and was excluded.

Apparently the maker of the list is more impressed with flashy than consistency.

Chris Leak was a four-year starter, and he broke several career passing records at UF during the BCS era.

Tee was more of a game manager than a 300yd/game type QB.

Vince Young would be my pick. That NCG performance is still the best I've ever seen.

Tee was at least in the game on 3rd downs during his NC season

I recall Leak throwing a TD to Dallas Baker in Knoxville on 3rd down.

Tee was riding the pine his FR and SO years while Leak started for four years...during the BCS era.

Tee was sitting behind a QB who would have kept every Gator QB in my lifetime on the bench.

I didn't realize Leak had done so much damage to the UF record book. I think playing three seasons in the Zook era and then losing many significant snaps to Tebow affected my judgment of him.

And as a Gator fan, I'm glad that QB played at UT for four years, and went winless against my school.

By "significant snaps" you mean 3rd/4th and short situations where Leak's handoff skills weren't showcased...got it.

To suggest that Tee Martin's career during the BCS era was more impressive than Chris Leak's career is nonsense. There is no objective comparison of the two that would yield such a conclusion.

I dont have a problem with Leak being on the list, he was a good QB. But---Tee Martin should be on the list somewhere. I mean c'mon---Jay Cutler made the list.

63. Tom Brady, Michigan: 4,982 yds, 31 TD, 19 INT, 3 rush TD

TM's numbers are are close to TB's and he helped win the 1st BCS.

His career numbers passing include 326 completions for 4,592 yards, 32 touchdowns, and 16 INT's.

His career numbers rushing include 600 yards and 16 TD's

Am I crazy for thinking Casey Clausen deserves a spot on there somewhere?
Could be.

But, if championships are weighted heavily, and the organization of that list seems to indicate that they are, then not having Tee at least somewhere in there is a bit ridiculous.
