Demonstrate for us these phantom great facilites, McCat. It may not be how you want to be represented on this site, but it's not far from the truth. The stadium (which is getting a much needed upgrade) and facilities of Kentucky pale even when compared to the likes of South Carolina. That's not painting it orange, that's just reality.

I never said they were great, just a large improvement over what we had before.

That would be cool for USC, Darth Visor. You guys should definitely put that SEC money to good use. Williams-Brice is not an awful stadium, but could be much better with a few upgrades.

The BoT has a Master Plan not all that dissimilar from UT's. This year, they are knocking out the farmer's market to improve parking, and fixing the restrooms. The video board is having trouble, and was set back a bit yesterday because of some Title IX issues. It's come a long way, though.

Your basketball arena isnt so bad. I like how the students are right on the court on the opposite side of the benches. Parking was easy and good atmosphere. The NIT banners hanging in the rafters were a little funny, though.

On field play doesn't always reflect the facilities. Like the last 3 years of UT football. Don't start picking on UK and Vandy unless your team actually finishes with a winning record.

I have no first-hand knowledge of Kentucky's facilities, but why would hardwood dog his own team if it isn't his honest opinion? He isn't exactly a Vol brown noser.

I think I saw somewhere that they are getting a new one soon. Your right though, you have to squint to see the current one. I think the Liberty Bowl one is worse though because the stadium is larger. God help if you are on the far sides.
