Recorded a 100m PR of 10.48 in HS. As a senior, returned 4 kickoffs and 2 punts for TDs.

Has been injury-prone @ MTSU, missing at least 2 games all 3 seasons including 4 games last year. Still, an impact player who was named 1st Team All-C-USA last year. Riley didn't play in enough games to be officially ranked last season, but his per-game average of 1.56 passes defended (INT + PBU) was 2nd nationally. And for a cornerback, 4.5 TFL in 9 games is impressive.
