I’m not connected to the program like I once was so I don’t know anything definitive on Banks. I have been told that he has burned a lot of bridges.

I also don’t believe he is a bad kid. He doesn’t know how to control his emotions and he is very emotional. You can see it when he plays. It’s the reason we like him when he is on the field.

Agreed we lose Banks and Page from this year but gain Pili, Carter, Smith, and Telander. Of the two, only Banks will hurt immediately. Need to find a good field captain commanding that middle. Long term and potential talent wise it's a win in my eyes. Let's just pray Perry or Herring develop real good for their second year.

The east-west shrine Bowl and Senior Bowl invite those players who are seniors or super seniors who are not coming back to college. So these two bowl games are coached throughout the week by college coaches. Every NFL team has scouts and/or GMs/coaches attend practices and the game.

He is playing in the East- West Shrine bowl so there will be NFL coaches and scouts all week during practice and the game.
