Why wouldn't Raven start? She'll be healed by the time the season starts, and has had the benefit of being with the program for a full year even if she wasn't playing. Or if Russell can't start as a junior, why is she even still on the team?

Add 1 player, and we are golden, no need for tournament...blah...we still can't make entry passes, or passes, our returning short guards are a defenses dream! Simply press Tennessee. Horston was ONLY player who could beat press. Walker shooting 3s is a turn over run out in the making...period! We need a center who doesn't foul so much, we need Jackson to take over, as a better Dye. Horston has to be healthy, we need more 3 threats.and treasure hunt fits most of that. But huge need for 5ft 10 tall guards who can dribble and shout. We will struggle again if we don't add more. We lost two, three, 3 players, we need two, or three good players back in. A freshman, can't be expected to solve huge fundamental issues on our own. Jackson may turn out to be great, or she might turn out to be a problem, or she might just not work well with the system. Same with Powell. We're getting what we have seen. Play individual level. I think we need a little bit better in the pipeline, and I mean recruiting not just picking and choosing at the end of the year because that didn't last. And we weren't that good. Anyway. Sweet 16 is going to be another triumph if we don't change the roster. And if Kelly doesn't learn how to recruit soon, that'll be the best we see for quite a long time

Good grief, these "thank you" social media letters are getting hilariously self-important and out of control. "I'm leaving." Ok. Great. Door's over there. Go on then. No one needs an explanation. And no one probably wants to hear an explanation. So just get moving, kids. Especially when they're a freshman or a sophomore. Those are the funniest. When it's a big time name, a big time player who has a history with a program, I can understand it a little bit more, but man, this is just getting silly.

Just saw a tweet from Dan Ionescu (Sabrina's) dad re: four of Oregon's Fab Five class of 5-stars entering portal. The interesting part read, "If you are soft, Oregon is not for you. If you have a sense of entitlement because you won some accolades in H.S., Oregon is not for you."

Scherr lead the team in minutes played, steals, anf assists. She has 2 (or 3) years of eligibility left and is from Kentucky. Worth our looking at?

Awwww, now, they’re not hurting anybody with these messages. I know I’d rather read 10,000 of these things than all the depressing stuff that fills my news feed!

But yeah, it may be a little silly and over the top, but they’re still kids who haven’t lived long enough to become cynical like us.

Twill be interesting if the University can maintain the go-west - follow the Oregon trail. Both universities have had top ten classes for several years and good vibes.

After they lost to Belmont the coach press conference was - blame the team oration on their being undedicated and soft. (wasn't his fault)
