you’re right. i was gonna add on the fact all he wants to talk about is wells height, as if she hasn’t played the size her whole life.

I watched I. Here for a few years before I joined myself, I do t need to tell anyone about my knowledge, I always say I’m giving my opinion like everyone else. I only respond when people say something g to me about what I said, notice I never attacked anyone for their opinion. People can think this is a championship team all they want, that’s their opinion, but I think the team needs more, and if this is the final roster we will see what happens next season. Otherwise it doesn’t make sense going back and forth with people because we all think differently, but some others on here feel the same way I do as well.

I do feel like she’s small but that not all I’ve said, I also said she’s an upgrade from what we had at the pg position last season. But this is not about her, I said I think we need more for a championship.

If true - here once again I submit now as the time for people to assert that NIL does not have an outsized influence on recruiting in this sport.

Between the easy transfer portal and the easy money, the richest are going to feast on the sport for the next few years. The spotlight is small, and the line of players that want in that spotlight is long.

I honestly don't think she was necessarily recruited over, she is going to be a true freshmen. A true freshmen running the PG spot is bold year one, she will have a year to learn and gain experience behind Van Lith/Poole. I think she will play more than Poa IMO, she is more athletic and is stingy defensively with what CKM likes to do. PG is one position where a freshmen running the show is not a wining recipe. Very few can actually do that year one. So I don't blame LSU for bringing in another guard in that aspect.

The one who may have probably been recruited over would be Sa'Myah Smith. If the rumors are true of Morrow leaning towards LSU, she will be in the exact same spot as last season sitting behind Reese and Morrow. Despite a strong showing year 1, her minutes might not increase. Unless Kim decides to actually use her depth this year and give players more rest instead of the starting 5 all playing 38 minutes a game

I hope not, I am hearing the same thing but I'll pray she ends up on the west coast and not at one of the two SEC schools we will have to deal with.

I guess this is how other programs felt when TN and UCONN had the embarrassment of riches for years. There are still good players in the portal but hopefully Harper can snag in another quality transfer or two

she isn't there to sit a bench, this kid can play...all she has to do is perform when she gets the chance...Nope, Angel won't be content to sit the pine....for any team

well then let us know where her next destination so she can get off the bench 🙃 ... but seriously. This year it will be hard for her to get off the bench. But i would imagine she will learn a lot and enjoy the ride

Hope you are right re: Velez. Just basing my opinion on Kim’s track record at Baylor.
