Cam has regressed dramatically this year and has really, really hurt this team. We cannot sustain any momentum whatsoever!

Truest post I've read today. Cam is so lost it ain't even funny.

When I saw it on TV I thought it was two steps, but must've missed the hop step everyone is talking about. I'm going to look at it again.

It was a close play. I personally thought it was a walk, but I'm pretty confident that doesn't called most of the time.

It doesn't. If the shoe was on the other foot everyone on here would be glad the officials swallowed the whistle.

It's almost never going to get called in the final seconds. Just like Williams' over the back in the Georgia game.

This. Sick of watching some of the players on this team take long stretches of the game off and, in Cam Tatum's case, five weeks. No heart whatsoever.

Tatum didn't take this game off - he actively played badly (not on purpose). He had a few good plays like his dive for the bad pass at the beginning of the game, but they were overwhelmingly negated by his shot selection (his defense was average). He took three too many bad threes. Some of them could have been okay if he had just caught and shot, but he hesitated, making them bad shots.

Williams played poorly as well, especially defensively, but he made many more positive plays. Harris took several bad threes like Tatum and also shot a bad percentage. He played better defense, however, and made two critical plays, so I can't fault him too much. Golden played horribly, but he didn't play enough minutes to completely kill the team (this game was one of the few where I heavily supported the change to Mcbee).

There was a particular stretch with Harris, Tatum, and Bone where we took around 6 straight bad threes, and I'd say that lost us the game. You would think they would stop shooting after like the third missed one, but we just stopped trying to run an offense. Our players need to learn how to play offense without Hopson in the game.

We'd be glad, and the sensible among us would admit we got away with one. It's not a subjective call. 3 steps is a walk, period, end of sentence.

So, it's understood that there aren't any rules in the final seconds? We should've tackled the guy then.

which it was. His left foot CLEARLY hits the floor before he lets the ball go. It wasn't

Looked pretty obvious to me as well but oh well. I quit getting upset about this team months ago.

It's one of the things that sucks about basketball. Along with the fact that in general they call fouls as though the players are little girls wearing sundresses.

Travels are different. There isn't anything subjective about them. Missing that type of call should end an official.

Replay showed that he didn't.

It should not have to come down to that anyway.

How many home losses is this?

Stick with football, pal. Because you obviously dont know jack about basketball.

But it still shouldn't have come down to that.

I don't disagree. I just would have been shocked if they'd actually called it. They call the game one way for 39 minutes and 30 seconds and another way when the game is on the line. It's BS.

I don't see how 3 guys were looking at that and none of them called it. There was a stumble, broken rhythm and the fact that it just didn't look right. Usually just 1 of those 3 is enough to get the call, and that play had all 3.
