In the end there is an order of priority. I love womankind, but I love my wife differently and the most and act accordingly. There are no ties if you are really a fan. Still in the team dating phase, ok, but you are not in a committed relationship. Makes you a follower but not a fan, no matter how many hats and tickets you buy.

I have been a Tennessee Vol fan my entire life. They are at the top of my list as a fan of a team and would watch their football, basketball or baseball teams first. As for an entire sport league, it's the NFL, with my lowly Giants as my favorite team

Some people really like living in the USA, some are committed. Both can claim citizenship. Not a believer in those always looking for a flag burning opportunity or even those claiming dual status.

Chiefs fan / Vols fan here and not surprised. Left Tackle is biggest need and only $5M+ under the cap right now. Bummed to see him walk but glad he will get paid.

The zombie oilers are like an anus.

As a whole, they are a nasty crack that needs to be wiped out.

I wish the oilers would leave Tennessee and go to Birmingham or San Antonio or St. Louis or somewhere. Just get the hell out of here, and the sooner the better. We already have football in this state, and go Broncos anyway.

Definitely didnt realize the hatred for the Titans by Vol fans overall. I could understand an attitude of indifference. Can the state not hold two football teams/fanbases at the same time?

The Titans have done absolutely nothing to endear themselves to anyone in the state. Complete clown show running that “organization”.

I’m the same except I’m a Colt, instead of Giants. We probably share though the same dislike of Cowboys I bet too.

I find it " interesting" some Vol fans want every former Vol to sign with the Titans, no matter their odds of being an NFL starter.

I was real surprised at this. They might still try to trade him for picks or resign him and backload the deal for the since Joe Thuney and Jawaan Taylor will be playing on the last year of their contracts.

you are not the ruler and decider of what a fan is. You don’t draw a line. Everyone can be a fan or whatever they want to be. It’s a sport for a team you DONT play for. Never forget you are no different, not special, or any better than any other fan. Your ideals do not define reality. And work on being a more palatable individual.
