He's got it made at Louisville top recruits and a million dollar contract. He built that program to what it is now. He's not about to walk away. I hope that is true. Have the coaching situation in limbo would not be good at all.

I also hope that behind the scenes Fulmer does have someone lined up so the transition can begin immediately with the announcement.

An announcement of "Thank you Holly for your years of service and here is our new coach!" would be a best case scenario,

I never would have thought that I could be happy the day after a Lady Vols team made an early exit from the tournament, but I am strangely giddy. These are exciting times!

Assuming noone transfers, whomever takes the reins of this Tennessee team will have a FANTASTIC group of young women, hungry for real leadership, to work with next season. I trust Fulmer to hire a great coach, so I fully expect immediate, drastic improvement and I. Can’t. Wait!

I think if she leaves Baylor it's to retire. I thought it was mentioned she's been dealing with health problems the last few years. She looks worn out.

Looks like something may be going down Monday with Holly. She is resigning to take a job in the AD is the rumor so we'll see what actually happens.

Would be a good opportunity for all parties involved. You thank her for all of her years of service, keep her on our team as part of the administration, and move in a different direction from a head coaching standpoint. Would be a very classy decision.

This should have been what happened to Fulmer, which is why I believe it could happen.
