The title of the episode was "Frenzy", I believe. I think the whole thing was supposed to have a frenetic feel and convey a sense that the characters are being drawn into an inevitable fate. I agree on the cartoonish characterization, but I think it was intentional.

It's been confirmed for another season.... they usually skip a week on holiday weekends and use it for season recaps. It was an episode filled with general stupidity but I think they'll make up for it.

I actually enjoyed that last one...much more than a few early in the season introducing Mary Anne.

It has been bugging me why Mary Anne looks so familiar. She has been in a ton of TV shows, but the reason I recognize her is she was David Duchovny's girlfriend in Kalifornia.

no thanks on this show....LAME. i liked the first season, last season just blew loads so i gave that up. i'll miss seein sookie naked tho

I think she's kind of a butter face... I hate that phrase but if there was ever a girl to fit the mold, I'm thinkin it's her... her body is very pretty but her teeth are all jacked and space filled.

Ummmm WRONG-O!!!! Last season def didn't trump the first season and ya, I wasn't crazy about the vodoo lady, but Sookie and Eric... UBER hot! Bill is fine too but Eric is just, I'm just not even sure there's a word to describe him he's so heavenly perfect. I bet he smells so good. It will DEVESTATE me if he's freakin gay.

bill is a ra-tard, and sookie isn't a butterface, i've seen better, but she's not that bad. there are plenty of other women out there that fit the butterface mold

I'm giving it another chance...there were wayyy too many naked guys last season but I like the characters a lot.

What did everybody think of the 1st episode of the 3rd season? I thought it was OK, could have been better. 2nd episode tonight at 9
