The body of Trump shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks has 'gone', a congressman revealed in a report last night accusing the FBI of a 'scorched earth' investigation.

Rep. Clay Higgins, a Louisiana Republican who was appointed to Congress' bipartisan task force reviewing the assassination attempt, tried to view Crooks' body on August 5 as part of his own personal inspection.

The former police captain said his request to view the body 'caused quite a stir and revealed a disturbing fact'.


It was at this point that he learned that the FBI had 'released the body for cremation 10 days' after the shooting in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13.

A salesman for Iron Clad USA inadvertently filmed Crooks casually strolling past his booth outside the rally at 4.26pm.

This was exactly the same time a local police sniper texted his colleagues to say he had seen a man, believed to be Crooks, sitting at a picnic table nearby.

The video showed Crooks in the same grey t-shirt, made by the Demolition Ranch firearms influencer page, and white shorts as he had when he was killed.

However, he had none of the gear he brought to the Butler Farm Show grounds, including the backpack that was found later, along with a bike and rangefinder.

Crooks was spotted by police and Secret Service agents several times before the shooting, but not stopped - a major security lapse that is under investigation.

Group texts between snipers from Beaver, Butler, and Washington County put Crooks in a different location about the same time as the Iron Clad video.

Saw an article headline on Fox News stating the shooter had multiple foreign encrypted messaging accounts.

Haven't seen it reported elsewhere and I always take uncorroborated news headlines from Fox, CNN etc with a grain of salt until more widely reported but if true....... Damn!
