Why would they leave out some if they wanted everyone counted?

Makes no sense to me that the Dems want our representatives answering to foreign nationals.

You are branding some judges as "rogue" if they don't support your political slant. That's my point.

SCOTUS didn't take up the census issue because the lower court ruled appropriately. There was no "rogue" judge.

So, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court should just allow a lie to pass through his court without consequence? Roberts didn't throw out the baby with the bath water. Basically, Roberts told the attorneys for the DOJ to come back later with a better argument. It was not Roberts's fault or his problem, that there was not enough time left for them to do that.

Roberts should have ruled per the law and not because he was mad about a lie. He could have easily held accountable the liars without making up new law. But Roberts is known for finding things in the law that no one else can.

He's right, it's unconstitutional the census is supposed to count everyone citizen or not. What the constitution does not prohibit is asking the citizenship question which the Dems opposed because it would affect appropriating congressional seats.

This last sentence is dead wrong. The United States Constitution protects the rights of non-citizens within the U.S. territory. The Equal Protection Clause, as well as the Due Process Clause, makes no distinction in its text between the protections it affords citizens and non-citizens.

Deserve has everything to do with it imo. No illegal deserves the protection afforded by our Constitution. If they want that protection then become legal. Until then tough luck.

Then we need to change the constitution because as it’s written they are protected the same as you and me.
